TMZ: Sienna Mae charged with sexual assault

According to a report by TMZ, tiktok celebrity Sienna Mae has been charged with sexual assault in the superior court of Hawaii in Honolulu. Mae has been in the midst of a massive controversy on the popular platform, Tiktok, on which she has over 13 million followers, after fellow influencer Jack Wright accused her of sexually assaulting him in January.

Court records obtained by TMZ show that Mae was charged with aggravated sexual conduct under U.S. penal code 10 & 920. The crime carries a possible 20 years in prison. According to court records, Mae plead not guilty on all counts.

Jack Wright posted a video on tiktok on January 20, in which he accused Mae of sexually assaulting him while he was asleep. The video has since gained over 3 million likes. Mae responded over a month later, denying the allegations.

Channel46 legal expert Marc TaStain commented on the case: “Typically when the state engages in sexual assault cases, especially such high profile ones, it’s unlikely they’re going to lose, however these trials typically last a long time, months, possibly years.
