A 18 year old Bloomington Woman has passed away following a crash on I55.
Rebecca Hernandez was behind the wheel of a Volkswagen Jetta Friday night on interstate 55. She and Another unnamed driver were involved in a head on collision. Both drivers were not wearing seat belts and Alcohol does not seem to be involved the agency said.
Unnamed Driver is unharmed. This story is still progressing.
