14 year old girl found dead

Yesterday at 9:30pm Eliana Johnson was found dead in stockton,ca. She was suffering 1 gun shot wound to her head.she was with her brother xavier he says it was a drive bye she ran infront of him and his baby boy. Other family members say it is xavier fault that this happened because he was involved in a gang.police are doing more investigating on this crime seen.
