East Columbus Student John Penny Dies

After a horrific accident involving two SUVs on 74/76, two people have died. One of these people include East Columbus High School student John Penny. John was an avid learner and loved being in the schools Band. He also loved spending time with his girlfriend Madison Duncan. He was 18.
