A teenage suspect is on the run in Miami – and authorities are asking for the public’s help locating him.
Andrew J. James ,14, is wanted for possession of illegal substances, according to the Broward county police department. He is described as 5-foot-7 and 124 pounds with black hair, brown eyes and a medium brown complexion.
He’s believed to be somewhere in the Orlando, Florida Area.
