The young teen of clatskanie Oregon, was found today alive. After being kidnapped at the age of 1. The civilians that kidnapped her are awaiting trial. Their names are Mary Wheeler and Richard Wheeler (Dick) of Longview Washington.
Kiara peppers was found alive at west mart in west port Oregon, today 3-12-2021 she’s is around the age of 18 or 19. Kiara will be joining Mary and Richard in court to testify that she had been living as one of their own for many years. And hopefully Kiara’s biological family can get back in touch with her after so many years of not being able to see or hear from her and not knowing if she was dead or alive.
