Jody was seven and she hadnβt been loud since she was a baby, as her father said at the time. But there was something magical about her hat. It was a bright, colorful hat that she wore everywhere she went. It had a wide brim and a ribbon that fluttered in the wind.
One sunny afternoon, Jody decided to go on an adventure. She put on her hat and set off into the woods near her home. The trees were tall and the path was winding, but Jody was determined to explore. As she walked, she noticed that her hat seemed to have a mind of its own. It would tilt to one side, then the other, as if it was guiding her.
