Jody said to Mr. Potter, “What about the trip to the zoo?” Mr. Potter nodded and picked up the radio in the kitchen. He radioed the coach driver about the trip.
The coach driver responded on the other end of the radio, “We’re all set for the trip to the zoo. We’ll be ready to leave in 15 minutes.”
Jody felt a sense of excitement and relief. Despite the earlier challenges, she was looking forward to the adventure at the zoo.
