The Goblin, with a wide smile, greeted his forest friends. “Ah, what a surprise! Come in, come in! The night is chilly, and I’ve just made a pot of warm tea.”
The animals entered the cozy den, their eyes wide with wonder at the trinkets and treasures the Goblin had collected. They sat around the fire, sipping tea and sharing stories of the day’s adventure.
“Thank you for the slippers,” said the Goblin, his toes now snug and warm. “It’s the little acts of kindness that make this forest a home for all of us.” Then Goblin found the shoes too big for him and said about the old old lady down the road the squirrel said about it
