On Friday afternoon, around 7pm, shots were fired at a resedential neighborhood that left a 30 year old man dead, and a 17 year old in critical condition.
As of today at around 10pm of Saturday March 30, the shooter has been identified as 14 year old Michael Andrews, he has since been arrested and is currently being held at the Orange County Corrections Department.
