Evangeline Berry passed away…

Unfortunately Evangeline Berry died and no one could save her. She was walking out of Target with her parents when all of a sudden she got shot in the neck 2 times when there was a shooting around that area. Her parents cried and called an ambulance but when they got her to the hospital she unfortunately passed away.
