Little beagle dog dies from hunger

Female beagle named Tilly Duncan dies from hunger. One of Tilly’s owners, Emory Duncan starves Tilly by leaving her outside for over 3 weeks. Emory kept telling her parents, “oh I fed Tilly, and “ oh Tilly’s upstairs with me.” RIP Tilly we all loved you.
