British school girl Ruby-May King dead under suspicious circumstances at 14

Kings body was found decomposing face-down in a river on the outskirts of the town Okehampton in Devon. She was found by an elderly couple on a Sunday walk at midday and is suspected to be a victim of murder, authorities believe that she died somewhere between the time of 11 and 12:30.
