Pale guy found

11 year old Jesus Valdiva and 11 year old Israel Torres Garcia said that they saw a pale guy stalking them when they where outside playing in the road. Then they said that the pale guy move behind someone’s house. If you seen the pale guy or heard of him please call 911 for your safety.
