A 20-year old girl has been killed and shot on road 221 Friday afternoon. Police say it happed on north on 221 I-86. The police said the victims name was Brianna Leford James. She was later than taken to the hospital. She died. The police indefied the suuspect as 17-year old Welie Earl. Earl was arrested with 4 counts of murder, possesion of a weapon during a violent crime, using a weapon on interstate, and going under 45 miles an hour.
