Late afternoon on Monday, officers responded to a call about a distressed young man out at Lake Jacomo, located in independence, Missouri.
When officers arrived on scene, they found the body in the River roughly a quarter mile down from the docks. At this time, no family has been contacted due to officers being unaware of living relatives.
