3 year old kid (James Wilson) gets touched by a 60 year old veteran (Thomas layward)

According to James mom the veteran touched him in places that weren’t just on the outside. It started with him just sniffing him but then he began to touch and fondle James then he took James to the elderly bathroom and touched him in places that he didn’t even know existed. The man was pressed with cleaning African town roads for the rest of his life.
