15-year old Windber girl now on the run after shootig up a local high school in Johnstown Pa

15-year old Samantha Rice is now wanted for shooting up Windber area high school after it’s believed she got into a fight with multiple staff members working there and put a gun to their head high on marijuana and fleeing the scene. Police believe she is armed and dangerous. Make sure to lock your doors and keep your eyes open for a blonde caucasian female who’s around 5’5 with blue eyes. Samantha was last seen in a green Champions hoodie and gray sweatpants in Richland Pa.
