Windber police say that a 15 year old is now being held at Cambria County Juvenile Probation Center. The owner of the home stated that his son, 14, heard rustling outside while his parents were asleep around 1:25 AM. When he looked outside, he mentioned that he saw a woman in the family pool. When the homeowners awoke at 1:30 AM, they called the police. The police have identified the 15 year old as Samantha Rice, of Windber, PA. It is reported that she graffitied their sidewalk, then proceeded to jump in their pool. Homeowners are still deciding whether or not to press charges.
