Thinking of mixing your anti-depressants with Cannabis? Think again.

A recent poll conducted in Bedfordshire, England, shows that over 50% of those who are prescribed anti-depressants recreationally mix it with cannabis.

But what are the consequences of this?
Research shows that the chemicals used in the prescribed-serotonin-increasing drug mixed with Cannabis creates the same chemical reaction in brain as the sleeping pill Diphenhydramine, which is known to cause longterm sleep paralysis and other side effects such as very visual lucid dreams.
To combat this newly identified issue, doctors are recommending regular/recreational cannabis users to self-educate about the dangers associated with cannabis, and if they are experiencing these problems whilst mixing cannabis with their prescribed medication, they should definitely shut the fuck up and go to their friends’ house right now.
