A teenager who who was arrested in Spartburg County after shooting another teen Tuesday appears in court Wednesday morning. Police said 14-year old Lily Rondy Yates is charged with 7 charges, inculding first-degree murder, possesion of a stolen vechile, possesion of a stolen weapon, possesion of a weapon during a violent crime, driving without a licence, underage driving, and going into an unknown person’s property.
