19-year old Josh Lynn Richards arrested again after shoplifing

Josh Lynn Richards, 19, has been arrested for the second time in the day Wednesday night, because he was shoplifing 23 dollars of pizza. Police say he was arrested in the Coulmbia Pizza Hut.
