It’s long been theorized by fans that the adored member of Kpop sensation BTS, V aka Kim Taehyung is in a romantic relationship with his bandmate, Jeon Jungkook. From sleeping together, going through what seems to be a period of courtship, and always having each others back, the two have been the closest duo since 2013, and finally in 2022, V revealed that they are a couple.
V admitted the news subtly via a recent instagram post, whereupon he uploaded a picture of Jungkook with the caption, “My Jeonggukie, love you lots…”. He also paired it with the emoji representing ‘gay’.
Though the post could be dismissed as V simply showing love towards his dongsaeng, V’s reply to a fan question ended all doubts. The fan asked, ‘Taehyung-oppa, do you see Jungkook-oppa as your partner? Like, in a romantic sense.’
The singer replied with a smiley emoji and the word, ‘μ’ meaning ‘yes’ in Korean.
Ever since the post, Taekookers (fans of the couple) have been going into meltdown. Unfortunately, the post also received mixed reactions from fans which did not approve of the romantic relationship between V and Jungkook. Here are some of the positive reactions from the ‘Taekookers’:

Others were skeptical about the validity of the posts, saying:

Regardless whether real or not, we still continue to support V and Jungkook. Though it seems unlikely it would be fake.
