Kari Lake, Trump-backed election denier, promises to start food fight if she loses election

Kari Lake promise to start food fight if she loses Arizona election.

Former television news anchor Kari Lake used a crowd of supporters at the Republican Party of Arizona’s election party at the Arizona State University Hilton to promise that Republicans would be able to dish it out but would eventually get “hit back with a shovel.”

The crowd laughed as Lake promised that Republicans were beginning to learn their lessons in the recent election.

It was in Arizona that Donald Trump made his first foray into the political sphere with an often raucous rally in Fountain Hills in March 19, 2016.

Lake later endorsed Trump for president despite protests from local Republicans, citing that she liked the Republican’s “Space Lasers” ideas and she supported his policy ideas, while other Republicans denounced the endorsement and claimed Lake was simply trying to boost her own political aspirations.

Republican voters weren’t the only ones upset by the Lake endorsement. Republicans across Arizona soon began to call for her resignation over the endorsement.
