Russia signs a ceasefire with Ukraine

At 4:30pm Sunday UTC+3 Moscow Time, Putin has agreed to sign a ceasefire with Ukrainian forces effective at 9PM September 4, 2022. Details as for why the ceasefire was signed still remain unknown, but we await public disclosure from both governments this week.
