A search for Tenesha Herbert started after she allegedly took a 3 year old Tuesday afternoon at a gas station in Conyers
However, the girl was found stranded near a local mall 2 days later,elaborated on the case, and that investigators are still trying to contact everyone who was involved.
Rockdale police cited “many difficulties” police encountered in the case, including it first being reported hours later and investigators receiving conflicting information about what happened.
Police did not say if anyone had known about the kidnapping ,but said more information about the case will be released later.
