Randy LaFrom wins the $250 million lottery!

El Dorado Hills resident Randy LaFrom announced he purchased a Powerball ticket yesterday thinking he could sure use some extra cash to purchase whatever he wanted. Sure enough news came last night as he anxiously watched the numbers were being announced.
“Yeah” said his wife,Sheila, as she shook her head in disbelief. Cars were lined up for miles of his friends coming by to congratulate him and offer suggestions what to do with his newfound winnings.
