Chicago rapper Lud Foe was gunned down and another man was wounded while they sat in a car on the West Side late Thursday night, authorities said.
Two men were inside their vehicle in the 1500 block of North Massasoit Avenue at 7:30 p.m. CDT when a “black four-door Dodge Charger”, approached and 4 unknown offenders got out and opened fire,” according to a Chicago police statement.
