13 Y/O found dead.

Young 13 year old girl, was found dead early this morning. Witnesses say they saw her kind of running late last night but didn’t question it, some say it looked like she was running from someone, others say she looked normal. Investigators are still trying to find the answers to this unsolved mystery.
