Mojang Studios, a popular game development studio known for their best-seller “Minecraft” has come under fire for a recent update that has lead to the company facing losses financially and with high turnover.

Jonas Mårtensson serves as Chief Executive Officer at Mojang Studios. As of August 8th, he says the remaining team members have started to feel the impact of their recent update, with thousands of players boycotting the game entirely. The boycotts have costed the company over $200 million dollars in damages, and expect more in the near future.
