A 17 year old boy, named Tobias eren Rodgers, was arrested earlier this morning in Boston, Massachusetts. For the reported murder of his 43 year old father, David Rodgers. Tobias proceeded to burn down the neighborhood, four casualties were reported from this attempt. Still more pending.
