14 year old gets arrested for 3 years for videoing someone

Today, a 14 year old girl named Olivia Bri got arrested for videoing someone. She went to a jude and they decided that the 14 year old will be in jail for 3 years. Police says the girl has brown hair and black skin, and the girls birthday is April 29, 2008.
