Earlier today a man was blasting a song called,”desire” after hours the residents of the complex filed multiple complaints against the man and soon police arrived to calm the situation down. Instead of complying the man hakai’d the officers and each of the residents that filed complaints. During this time the man took a kid named “Noe” hostage saying that,”if he’s allowed to play his music he’ll let the boy go.” After a 50 hour standoff the man ran out of Ki and passed out. The officers took the opportunity to arrest the man and trial him. The man was soon identified to be “speed”:
