Meme photo of a “creepy man with pigtails” has finally been identified. The man has been identified as 35 year old Sebastian Giesbrecht. A man from a town outside of Regina. Saskatchewan. “Being in a meme, without anyone knowing my actual identity was pretty cool actually.” The origin of the eyes and pigtails are currently unknown, but the face is a photoshopped version of the man.
