Other three people got killed in the ordeal ,the suspect for the crime are James bourlton Jr alongside Jeremy McLaughlin who are accused of first degree murder .they have been subpoenaed to report to court on july17.the latter suspect defended himself saying he allegedly attacked Dimitri Leslie Rodgers”rich the kid”because he shot at him first so he fired only for defense purposes other wise he proclaims himself innocent.the district attorney this morning wishes to analyze the files report got from the queens police department.
