Is This Florida Cat a Killer?

This kitty has been spotted around in Florida scratching multiple victims. A victim, Fred Billings, told us “One moment he was in Jimmy’s (his owner) garden, the other he jumped and attacked me.” The cat (Elmer) belongs to Jimmy Ynez. Reportedly Ynez has been identified with some mental problems. The victims are 3 children and 2 adults. Ynez has been taken into custody for tampering with the cat and making it hyper and mean. The cat has been sent to Ynez’s daughter who lives in Ohio. Ynez’s daughter Elizabeth told us, “I don’t want to take any chances with this rabid cat!” She later sent him to the animal shelter in Ohio where they will try and rehabilitate the cat.
