2 people have lost there lives in a target shootout

These people where identified as12 year old female Novah myles & 29 year old female Erica jones the shootout happened at 6 o’clock this morning.
The shooter has been identified as white male,James garret. he is now detained awaiting trial he will most likely be charged with 2nd degree murder.
