U.S Secretary of State Anthony Blinken told reporters Sunday he believed the reason for the stall in Russian offensives was “a combination of Ukranian foerce resistance” and “poor Russian performance and morale.” Blinken remarked: “the ineptitude and incompetence of the Russian military is on full show.”
