Killer on the loose

18 year old Ashton Ulmer has a warrant out for his arrest. He has been seen on cameras shoving a tater tot down someone’s throat and watch them choke to death. This incident happened around 17:50 at the Sheetz near Penn state Altoona. If you have any information on his whereabouts please contact your local authorities.
