After recent allegations and growing rumors, along with a leak from the Foralkan High-Ranking channels, both Megablocks and xRitual have agreed on forming the Foralkan Mandate. This would require all FCA and kavani-aligned factions to form this alliance, and members of this alliance will not be able to attack each other in any system unless agreed upon. These rules would be effective on April 22, and a formal treaty would be signed in Tukebet that very day, 2PM EST.
