15 year old girl dies in a operation along with 12-year old brother

A 15-year old girl and her brother have both died while having a operation. The mom has no idea in how they died , but, she believes it was something bad. She called the funeral center and had a funeral 2 weeks later. Rest in Peace 👼😓🙏😘
