Good morning, this morning we have been informed that a small teacher at Pelham, Elementary School has attempted to take or kidnap a small child in her class.
She had said that in a letter to the principal. The principal had told the police and we are now on the lookout for Shannon Talbot. If you happen to see her please call our local authorities, at 911.
