Sophomore JR Hart (16) was interviewed early Thursday morning appearing to be under the weather with a deranged look on his face. “Last night I discovered my dick was never there” JR says. Was he faking for attention? Did he actually have a penis? He took off his pants to reveal he did not indeed have one.
