Two Florida men arrested after inciting brawl at local restaurant

On Friday night two Florida men were arrested for inciting a brawl at the upscale 82 Queen restaurant, located in Downtown Charleston. Andon Calhoun, 43, of Lake Mary, FL, and Ron Anderson, 44 of Apopka were having drinks at the bar when “all hell broke loose,” as one witness described. Other witnesses said the incitement was started when South Carolina Gamecock fans walked inside to sit at the bar. Mr Calhoun was described as chugging a bottle of 12-Year Pappy Van Winkle and chanting “UCF! UCF! UCF!” directly in the faces of the Gamecock fans. At about the same time, Mr. Anderson allegedly took his shirt off, stood on top of the bar and proceeded to perform the Florida State University “tomahawk chop” while yelling “Fuck the Gamecocks!” This is when the brawl ensued. Witnesses say bottles and glasses were flying everywhere. No serious injuries occurred. Both men were booked at the Charleston Co. Detention Center. No other information is available at this time.
