46 year old man arrested after kicking child at Chuck E Cheese

Donald McKenzie, 46 year old resident of Herald, CA has been arrested for a kicking a 6 year old girl multiple times at Chuck E Cheese in Elk Grove on Friday. Witnesses said the attack happened over a disagreement over prize tickets. McKenzie claimed that the child had taken them from his table. Authorities reviewed the video and found this not to be the case. McKenzie, an avid rock collector and Zodiac Killer tracker is currently facing assault and battery charges over the incident.
