Popular online gaming platform “Roblox” will be shutting down on February 21st, this year due to a hacker which shut down all Roblox’s servers. Roblox’s servers went down on October 30th, 2021 and January 23rd, 2022. Roblox will be shutting down because they have no money to recover their servers. “We will refund all users of Roblox. We are truly sorry for this.”, said David Baszucki (CEO). Roblox has identified the cause of the server outage and the cause of the outage was from a DDOS attack by a person called ” KetchupWasOofed”. Police are still investigating to find this user’s location.
“We will keep the Roblox website online forever so you can remember about us, but our games will be unplayable on February 21st. All developers with over 1,000,000 visits will receive $1,000 from us as a sorry.”
