Local Man Brutally Murdered by Killer Known as “Brother Dad”

Earlier today, a man was shot 4 times and stabbed another 71 times. The killer is suspected to be notorious serial killer “Brother Dad” as by the way the crime was carried out. Brother Dad was thought to have stopped his murder spree last year but this crime is likely a comeback.
