13 year old charged with 2 accounts of arson and 1 of assult

13 year old peyton bird was charged last night with 2 accounts of arson and 1 of assult. Last night shockingly two la haciendas burned down and 1 homeless person was assulted last night. Sources say both crimes have been committed by a summerville teen payton bird. She has been placed on a psychiatric hold at musc hospital for now, but local officials suspect she will be charged at an adult. This is an actual photo of the suspect and her freinds.
