Two Girls Found Stealing from the Elder

Both 14 year olds Jaleah Velasco and Arianna Gonzalez were found stealing stealing retractable canes and solar repellent glasses come blind elders. The two girls are now in custody waiting to be questioned. Some think mental illness, others, do not know. Here are some photos that were sent from the public.
