Man in YELLOW MASK wanted in connection with 5 Indianapolis homicides still at large

IMPD has released a statement on the recent spike in homicides and residents concerns of a serial killer possibly living in our midsts. “As of this moment the IMPD does not believe there is a serial killer in our city.” When asked about recent security cam footage of the yellow masked man the IMPD declined to comment.
